I want to change my graphics card but I don't know which one is the best for a 300w power computer here are my specs:

4th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz)
8GB RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 705 1GB DDR3
Which nvidia card should I get ? And it has to under £100 thanks !

The GTX 750 is probably the best card you can get, it requires no PCi-E connectors from the PSU because it draws power directly from the PCI-E x16 slot, it should only use around 50-60 watts. The card is about $120 US Dollars but should only run you around £107. If thats still too much over your budget you could grab a GTX 650 for around £90+ http://

Unless that 300 Watt power supply is a 80 plus certified power supply you should really get a new PSU first. I won't even run a HD 7750 with an extremely low TDP on a PSU that low. If you don't, you could very well be seeing your computer shutting down or rebooting at random times, potentially causing damage to your other hardware. It's not something to take lightly.

You really should do the following things:
Go to pcpartpicker.com (this is for the US in dollars, not sure if that will help you for actual pricing, but it will help you determine power) and enter all of your components, to the best of your ability and view the "power requirement", including the graphics card that fits your budget (so that it can calculate the right power of your future system). Next, Look at the wiki on power supplies, specifically on the 80 plus standard: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_Plus . After you've done that, i find it best to add between 10 and 25% more power on the supply, since they tend to lose power as they age and get used. Or if you think you'll want a more powerful system down the road, even more than that.

If you get the money back for it, GeForce GT 740 is found in for about $100 US dollars, you can see the comparison here between yours and the gt 740 http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=2156&gid2=885&compare=geforce-gt-705-vs-geforce-gt-740 .
It won't be the greatest gaming system in the world, but it'll be at least a 3 to 4 fold increase to what you've got now.

Also, use Game-debate and you can find a lot of good comparisons on cards, including their TDP (power usage).

If its a typical pre-built OEM power supply its more than enough for a GTX 750 Ti. The power target (limit) set in the BIOS is only 38.5W. Basically, if it can run a GT 705 it can run a GTX 750 Ti (a GT 705 has a power target of 29W - another 9.5W isn't going to do anything bad to your power supply). Just be sure to get one that doesn't need a six pin connector (about half do).

It doesn't need a six pin connector and will be fine with your power supply. EVGA specifies a power supply of 300W or greater. Here's a quick list of those that don't need an external power connector:
