I have a HP Pavillion Computer With the listed specs; I need to know whats the best graphics card I can get with this computer. I read that the 750Ti is the best for this but would like your opinion and if its possible to link the recommended card to Newegg. The PSU is 300 Watts.

Hard Drive: 2TB

Thanks

RealHardTech recommends 400W for the gtx750Ti. nVidia recommend 300W

RealHardTech -

gtx 730 - 300W

gt620 - 300W

gt520 - 300W

These last 2 are hardly better than integrated graphics.

The 300W is supposedly from a good quality PSU though.

If it was me, I'd be upgrading the PSU. If you can. Some HP are non-ATX. They have non-standard connectors eg on the motherboard.

Mostly here I find that it's not worth pursuing upgrading a pre-built. The makers go out of there way to make it hard to do. They want you to buy a new one instead.
