Best Graphics Card for 4k video editing and gaming under 45000

I'm going to build a pc under ₹1,30,000 (rupees) and as for the price it might vary extra 10k or less

currency : indian rupees

i need a graphics card for 4k video editing, after effects and atleast 4k gaming

i'm so confused right now. The estimated budget i can allocate for my gpu is 45,000

Someone pls help!!!!

If you don't mind playing on 4K with 30-40 FPS on low settings, then those are fine too.
