Best graphics card for a 300 w power supply with no power connector

I have a gateway dx4885-ur2f with i5 and 300w power supply and with its Intel integrated graphics I'm a little short on the requirements for the games I want to play ( counter strike) nothing really to demanding. Also note that my mother board only has a 12 pin power connector not a 20 or 24 pin
