Best graphics card for around $100

Well basically my old graphics card is starting to bite the big one so it's time for a new card. I just got a new p4 system you can see the specs below and wuold like to get a 128mb AGP 8x video card for around $100 or less. I am not a gamer really at all.. but I do like to use my computer to watch DVD's on, and I would like a card that has TV-out.. perferably S-Video out I think so I can watch my DVD's on my TV. Another thing that I would like if it is possible is that Twin View option where you can basically run two separte monitors off of one card? So I know I am asking al ot but I don't know the latest and greatest here.. I just want a good card and most likely I would think that it is going to be an ATI.. they are the best right? So if you could give me some suggestions on what card to get and from where I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Why do you have such a kickass system if all you really do is watch movies? Anyways, I think you should get a ti 4200 128 mb 8x and im pretty sure about the tv out but you will have to double check, go to pricewatch.com , they are about 105$ right now. Also you should post what old video card you have.

I was thinking more along the lines of either the Ati Radeon 9200 or 9600 pro? I want to go with ATI over Nvidia because I hear the ATI's are now better.

I currently have a Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS 64mb video card. I just brought a Thermaltake Crystal Orb to put on it because the stock fan is going down the tubes. This is what is making me consider getting a new graphics card for around a $100.

It's still a matter of opinion to which one is better over ATI or Nvidia. But I agree with getting the Ti 4200 8x. It will outperform the Radeon 9200 (I think thats just an 8500 in disguise, but I remember now I thought it was the 9100 but whatever.) If you can find a 9600 Pro for under a hundred get that, but usually that card is $160-200 or so or did the price go down since the 9800 Pro came out?

R9600 is the best choice of graphic card that aroud 100$.
ATI play DVD better than NV.
