Best Graphics card for Asus Sabretooth z87 Motherboard?

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to read this. So recently after crashing mid gameplay, my graphics card seems to have gone the way of the dodo.
I was able to get my PC running again minimally after doing a Windows install, but now on my screen I see all these weird dashes everywhere. They seem to create a circular pattern from the middle of the screen. (I have a screenshot if needed). When I tried to get the latest drivers after the Windows Install, I got a BSOD. So I had to roll back. Also when I attempt to look up my graphics card in the windows Device Manager it reads: Standard VGA graphics adapter

Currently the graphics card I have is :"palit nvidia gtx 470 1.28 gb directx"

I'm not very computer savy so I was wondering, since my old card is hard to find now, what would be a good graphics card for this motherboard?
I game frequently so it would need to be able to keep up with all that.

What is your budget, power supply, and processor?
That motherboard can support any graphics card, it will not be the issue.

I recently lost my job so my budget isn't great, I would say the max is 300$
Power Supply: CoolerMaster Silent Pro 700W
Processor: Intel Core i7 - 4770K CPU@ 3.50 GHz

I looked at the card and it does look very good, but I am going to look around to see if I can find something a bit cheaper. Maybe closer to 230 to 250.

Oo those both look very good! and the price looks right in my range. I am leaning more towards the MSI as the size of the Sapphire is a bit scary lol
