Typically an underpowered PSU would just crash or restart your system before it causes damage, and because it's a Dell PSU I think you'll be fine...

...But if you do want to upgrade, measure your existing power supply! - Standard ATX power supplies are 86mm high, 150mm wide. If your dell power supply is 86x150mm then you can upgrade no problem
