First Of All i am an asian so sorry if my english is not good..

I have an dell optiplex 740 enhaced which has the following specs..

Amd phenom X4 quad core 2.4 ghz.

Built in dell's motherboard.

4 gb of ram.

Built in power supply by dell which is according to my research around 275 watt power supply..

I am soo confused which graphic card should i use which doesn't bottelenek and can run in my power supply..
Due to some financial issues i couldn't change my power supply yet..
So please help me..
Give me some options i don't need high settings in every game.. i am happy in running my games like gta V in medium settings at 30 to 35 fps..
And kindly try to give me some cheap choices too if possible.

Thanks in advance hope i will get some help.

Solution
GTA V is very cpu intensive and you'r is old and slow. I'm no expert but I doubt you will get the frame rates you are looking for and that's if you can find a GPU that will work in the old motherbd.

Good luck!
First things first. Here are the builds for that.

The maximum CPU scores are very low.
I see some users running 6GB RAM. This makes me think it supports 8GB. With 4gb you should onlty run a 1GB GPU. With 6GB 2GB becomes possible.
If you can get DDR5 GPU memory you should. Various GTX750 versions should work OK. I would run 720P (old HD TV) for a monitor.
if you can find a newer Optiplex then you should.
Here are Intel Optiplex 755 scores. The best of these are the bare minimum for modern gaming.

The Mini Towers are the ones you want. If you find one ask here first, they're all a little different. 380,780,755, can all work OK one way or another. The 745 can be overclocked but the unlocked CPU can be expensive. Some 760 are 2 core CPU only.
