Best graphics card for E5500

I'm looking to upgrade so what is the best graphics card to be work with my old intel E5500 2.80 GHz cpu and gigabyte G41MT-S2PT MOBO ?

You could also look at AMD R7 250 or 250X. With such a weak CPU even a GT 740 or R7 240 (make sure they have GDDR5 not DDR3)

Your power supply is the most important factor to consider here. Do you know the specifications of your power supply?

GTX 750 Ti would be the best option to go with considering the power consumption and performance and future potential. This way even if you upgrade your CPU in coming years, you will not be taken back by graphics performance.
