Best graphics card for G3258? (Not a noob)

I have a G3258 system that I will oc to 4.7 soon. What graphics card should I get for it? Keep in mind bottle necking. Budget is ~$270. I need strong performance at 1080p. Games like Skyrim with graphic mods, stuff like that. PSU does have enough headroom for a higher tdp graphics card.
Also, I am not looking for anything GeForce as they're not great for budget builds.
