Solution
He gave CPU, normally, with a cpu, i would recommend a "K" series w/ a third party cooler, so you can boost it, and access more power from your GPU
"for a cpu like this, to not get bottlenecks, a gtx 760. (would recomment a 500W psu or higher)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125494
you can also get a 2 gb one for 30.00$ cheaper, so not really worth it. This is the ultimate price/performance card that hits the sweet spot for 1080p gameing; any res. highter i would get a gtx 780, or 780 it. (would reccomend a 650W psu or higher)
For ultimate performance you can get a Gtx 690, for 1000$ but concitering your cpu, you are more on the budget side. Hope that helps.
