Best graphics card for my budget.

Well, i decided to buy a graphics card and founded radeon hd 6670 ddr5 suit my budget. I have a core 2 duo e7400 processor,4 gb ram. I won't be changing the processor but i will change my motherboard and PSU. I want to play GTA 5 in high settings when it comes out, so will 6670 be able to handle it? Also I can raise up the budget and add 60-65$ if you suggest me a better card. But till now hd 6670 is best choice.

1gb hd7750, the version without additional power sockets (which means it draws all the power it needs from PCI-E), comes for like 80$ will totally suit your needs

My brother 'inherited' my E6600/HD7770 rig a year or so ago and it plays games well enough, even at 1080 resolution-although heavy hitters like Metro 2033 can be turned into a pretty slideshow if you get unrealistic with certain settings.
