Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT
g skill ripjaws x ddr3 8 gb
Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU

do i need any cpu cooler coz i dont want to overclock..is stock cooler of processor would be enough? by d way what will be the advantage to buy overclock version as u suggested..

the cooler that comes with it will be just fine. that card is factory overclocked, which means that sapphire took the card, raised the speed, tested for stability, and it passed.

that 270x is significantly slower, and has less vram. the 280 i posted is more future proof, and the cooling on it is great.
