Best graphics card for my use?

I am building a pc and need help choosing a graphics card. I will be running a triple-monitor setup with a 4th monitor for extras. What graphics card will support all 4 monitors? I want to play bf4 and CoD on EXTREME quality. Money is not an issue. Would it be better to have 1 expensive gpu, or 2 mid-range?

If money isn't an issue... 2 x Nvidia Titan Black. You will be able to go up to 6 screens. Don't forget you will need a good psu and motherboard.

You can't achieve what you're looking for with anything less than two top notch GPUs. Two R9 290X cards might work too, but I wouldn't recommend getting anything with less than 4GB of VRAM since 4 screens need a lot of memory.

Okay so let me rephrase my question. I want to buy 2 graphics cards that are top notch and will support 4 monitors total. I am looking to spend no more than 800 total for both cards. What would be my best choice?
