Best graphics card for streaming?

My budgets $250, and I was wondering if someone could give me their opinion on a good card for that price.

Corsair 16gb 1600 ram
Amd 8350 4.0 ghz 8 core
Radeon 6770 core edition
1 tb Sata 3.5" 7200 hdd
650w psu

what do you mean for streaming? what will you use it for? an excellent card for that price is the gtx 760
