Best Graphics Card for The Money?

Im looking for a good graphics card but m finding some graphics cards which have 3Gb of Memory size but have a lower clock speed can someone help me?

Ok, Thanks! The only problem i see is that it has a lower clock frequency, but higher memory then the others.
