I'm on a budget, and the PC will probably have a i3, and I would like to run dual monitors since I have 2 just lying around.

I was going to go with amds new 7850k for my build but people are telling my I sacrifice to much going with amd.(i don't really think so but whatever)

I would go with a R7 260x at the $120 price point. People were right to steer you away from the 7850k. If your budget allows a i3 then you could easily go with a fx-6300 for the same price if you wanted a decent amd cpu that would allow you to overclock.

Well I'm looking at a budget around $400 to $450 max and my dad is going to pay for it then I will pay him back since in 2 months I can get a job, and since right now he will be paying for it he wants to get kinda what he wants even tho its not going to be his computer but he is telling me not to get amd so I guess I'll go with intel, could y'all put a build together they maybe would fit my price range at the best performance,(keep in mind I will start getting money soon so I wanna try and get a upgradable pc too)

If you are budgeting 120 for a video card, you are cutting it very close for a 450 max build, especially since you'll need close to $100 for Windows alone.
