Best graphics card for under $200?

I am currently looking to upgrade my current graphics card. I currently have the PowerColor R9 270 2GB setup using dual monitors with a 1920x1080 resolution. This graphics card is really good when it comes to gaming but any load on it will cause the temps to skyrocket so I'm trying to find something a little better. My CPU is the AMD Vishera FX-6300 and my motherboard is the ASROCK Fatal1ty Killer 990-FX. I currently have a $200 budget so if there's something out there that's more up-to-date and better in performance, let me know.

Thank you!

RX 480 or GTX 1060 are both great cards right at the $200 mark, but ARICH5 makes a very very good point. Both of these cards require a quality 450-500w power supply to power them; keyword here is quality.

A cheap junk PSU has a sticker with ink on it that says a high wattage number but that PSU wont be able to do 70% of that number; even a 50% load is stressing it and will cause it to die (not per say today, but well shorter then then 4+ years a PSU should last), and when they die they typically fry your motherboard and GPU with it and some have even caused house fires.

just grab a rx 470

it will work with what you have

just dont expect benchmark numbers from it with your current setup

still a big upgrade though

the issue is the fx 6300 will bottle neck both 480 and 1060 (only at ultra settings/ 1080 @ 60fps. u r good for high settings at 40 fps maybe ;) ) . to mitigate it a bit u can oc ur 6300. but cx600 is not good for oc'ing. u r kinda in a hard spot...
the only way i see is a major upgrade. hear out other opinions too....

So in terms of upgrading other components to get a better upgrade in a graphics card, what do you recommend upgrading instead? Should I wait on a graphics card? I've got $200 to spend right now.
