Best Graphics Card For Watching 3D Movies and Games

I have below specs pc and wanna use it for watching 3D movies on projector and on 3d led with playing normal class (not high end) 3d and hd games, plz suggest a good graphics card under $100 which support my pc and i can also change power supply if it seems low.

Main Bord: Intel DG31PR
Processor: Intel C2D E8400 3.0 GHZ
Ram: 4gb
Power: 400 watts
Hard Disk: 500GB
BIOS: BIOS Date: 03/13/08 17:38:29 Ver: 08.00.10
Sound Card: Realtek High Definition Audio

Best for the price, it'll work with a cheap 400W PSU.

Asus R7 250 1GB GDDR5 - don't get any of those DDR3 graphics cards.

Thanks unknownofprob for helpfull reply i have decided to buy xigmatek 500W psu bcoz my current psu is very cheap. As for as graphics card i like these graphics cards: nvidia gt 640 or radeon 6670 / 7250 / 7750 , now plz guide me which card is compatible with my intel DG31PR board ?

Plz note that i will use this graphics card for watching hd and 3d movies and playing 3d games on my samsung 46inch f6400 smart tv and will also use this g card with benq 770st or benq 1070 projector which i am thinking to buy in next month.

I have decided to buy hd 7750 or 7770 as now i have to decide which psu is better with these graphic cards.

Please select one psu which is best between these.
1: Corsair VS550 - 550 Watt Power Supply
2: Xigmatek Tauro 500W
3: Thermaltake Smart SE 530W

Ok now i will buy Corsair VS550 and Asus HD7770-1GD5 Graphic Card.

unknownofprob can you plz guide me about how to play and watch hd 3d movies and games on benq w1070 projector from pc/laptop because i will use radeon hd7770 for this purpose.

What i mean is if i start a game on pc and connect projector to pc with hdmi then the projector will automatically show game on big screen or any software or setting is needed on pc or projector and same for 3d and hd movies.
