Looking for a graphics card that's about 250-350$ that can run games well

Although not widely available yet the RX 480 4gb is probably the best in terms of value for performance in that price bracket.

How about the GTX 1060?

Also an excellent card, but it is really in a different price bracket (US $260) compared to the 4gb RX 480 (US $200).
