Best graphics card? Need Help!

Hey guys, I have been searching for an r9 290, and have decided to go with Windforce. I am stuck between these two cards, as I am unsure of the real difference between them, besides the $30.00 price difference. I understand that one comes with a higher clock speed, however I would like to know if it the extra ~50Mhz would even be noticeable for the extra money I will be. I would also like to know if there may be any other significant differences that may help me make my choice. Thank you very much.

You can always overclock the slower one yourself. It's only a couple of FPS difference plus the slower one will compensate by staying cooler as much.
