Best Graphics card under $150

I am looking for a graphics card under 150, that can handle most games on high settings. My config. is:
Core 2 duo 2.2ghz
6GB ram DDR3
motherboard: asus p5kc

best card for thjis price range is GTX 650ti boost or HD 7850, but i saw a HD 7870 for 170$ which is a tier above 7850/ 650ti boost, here is the link for it:

but the real problem is your CPU, which is quite old and slow and will hold back the card while gaming.

Like the guy above said, 650ti boost and 7850 are the best options.
But there is also the question if your PSU is good enough for the card, so you should let us know make and model, as long as wattage.

Im changing the PSU too, looking to buy PSU 450W Gembird PSU5X,Real Power,PFC,Silent,2*Fan, and honestly was thinking to get ASUS EAH6670/G/DI/1GD3 I found that really cheap here at one store for under 100$, what do u think

I never heard of gembird, so i guess its a cheap psu, that is probably not good.
I took a quick look and they seem to be around 30 dolars a piece, wich tells me its probably a bad unit
Do not get it buy a better branded one, (corsair antec silverstone, seasonic, xfx) 450W is plenty.

About the 6670 its not a bad card and may suffice your needs, and if you are on a budget the extra money you have to spend on the PSU may be a good way to save.
If you can the extra money for a 650ti or 7850 is a FAR BETTER card. Worth the money IMO
