I'd get GeForce GTX 980 Titan in 4-way SLI. There should be enough left over to get a motherboard that supports 4-way SLI with a bunch of RAM sockets and a handful of really good SSDs in mirrored-stripe with a fast hardware RAID controller.

Go for a 750 ti it consumes less power and is available starting from 9500 rupees it is better to increase your budget and buy it if your budget does not allow it go for a gtx 750 for 8000 in amazon.in
