Question Best graphics card upgrade for 1080p 144fps?

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card since I want to play games such as Warzone and Red Dead Redemption 2 at 1080p 144fps.

My current card is a GTX 1060 6GB and CPU is an i5 10400f.

I am looking at either an RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6700 XT.

HOWEVER I only have a 550w PSU.

Any suggestions?

The RX 6700XT is without a doubt a great choice, the graphics are great both in 1080p and 1440p.
The 3060Ti has the same performance as the 6700XT (in some games the RX 6700XT has its advantage)
but a 3060Ti has only 8GB of VRAM, something I currently recommend is going for graphics cards with +8GB of VRAM.
- But you have the cons, if you are going to do Streams or something like the Nvidia is much better than the AMD encoder.

What is your PSU? Specifically.

6700XT unless you're looking to use DLSS or ray tracing is very important to you. Knowing the exact model of PSU would be helpful though as both have min spec of 550W, but I wouldn't trust a bad one.

Raytracing is pointless, you sacrifice performance for reflections.
