dear friends, pls tell me best graphics card with pros and cons , available below

1. ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Graphics Card (Black/Orange)
2.Gigabyte GeForce GV-N75TD5-2GI 2GB Graphics Card
3.MSI GTX 750 TI 2GB DDR5 OC Edition Dual Fan Graphic Card
4.MSI N750Ti-2GD5/OC Graphics Card

My pc specs are,
ddr2 mother board,
intel core 2 duo processor(2.93ghz)
4gb ddr2 ram(3.24 usable)

Go with EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW ACX higher base clock of 1,189 MHz.

that is too costly friend. can u suggest one below 10k in indian money.
I am having 300W psu or i can able to buy new psu(450w)

Get the Zotac GTX 750 Ti 2 Gb , around 9 grand on amazon.in 300w would do fine but still just to be safe get the 450w as the minimum psu requirement is 400w
