i Want to know what is the best GPU for this PC

umm... my psu is 240W

Yeah, a single slot, low profile GPU is pretty much it. BTX boards are somewhat problematic in that dual slot cards would overhang and interfere with other components.

GT730 is probably the largest that would work, I wouldn't risk a GT1030. They never made a GT930, smallest 900 series cards is the 945A.

It should, GDDR5 version of the GT730 is only 25W.
