Best Graphics Pad Under $100?

I'm looking for a graphics pad to draw on Adobe CS6. My budget is $100.

I've heard good things about the Wacom Bamboo tablets, I have a friend who is an artist and uses one. I haven't used one myself, so I'm afraid I can't offer much else.
