best graphics under 35000..?

I have intel i5 4690k cpu , 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz ram , gigabyte ga-z97x gaming 5 motherboard and seasonic ss 750w psu.
Please suggest any one which graphics card is best for higher end games like GTA 5, madmax, watchdogs, battle field 4....
I would like to play with ultra setting (1080p or more) any one suggest me which is the best..?

Note : I'm from India so plz suggest in Indian rupee .

It's a very powerful quad core CPU it won't bottleneck anything even GTX 1080 of course you will get lower fps than i7 but you won't notice a difference the difference is so tiny.

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 is a graphics/video card but I understand that you need GPU under 35000 rupee = 500$

Wait for the GTX 1070. Or get a GTX 980Ti, quite cheap second-hand nowadays can be bought for like 30-34k.
