I currently have in my computer

I was wondering what is the best gtx 1070 I can get for 700$ canadian give or take. ( gtx 1080 is out of my price range)

The 1070s all perform the same
Whether you buy an Asus STRIX, a Palit Gamerock, a Gainward Phoenix, a Gigabyte G1, a Zotac amp!, any MSI - they'll perform all the same it's much more chip luck than brand that determines which card has the edge over another.
Avoid EVGA FTW ACX card for the time being unless you're ordering directly from EVGA
And the inno3d iChill x3 (x2 & x4 are both fine)
These 2 cards have some known issues
