Best GTX 670: EVGA FTW Sig2 vs. MSi PE vs. Gigabyte

Hello forums, my question is just as the title states.

Tonight, I was planning on ordering a gtx 670 and I can't decide which is the best one. I just realized I missed big savings on the EVGA card, as the deal ended yesterday , but if the card is worth the money I don't have a problem getting it.

I am leaning towards the MSi right now, but I have heard there was overvolting issues. Could anyone please clear up whether or not this problem has been fixed?

Also, how are each of these company's customer support?

The problem has been fixed and I'd suggest the EVGA FTW.

Thanks for the fast response. My only gripe with the EVGA one is that after shipping and tax, it ends up being $50 more than the MSi. (EVGA is $451, MSi is $401). Is it really worth that much more?

Also, how does the Signature2 fan perform vs the Twin Frozr of the MSi?

Apparently, you can get a GTX 680 for 400$

It'll perform a little better, of course. You'd have to OC that 670 in order to get similar performance.

Asus gets 3DMark Score of 9340 out the box and 9839 OC'd
Idle temp is 30C / load temp is 72C
Noise is 37 dBA Idle / 38 dBA under load

That makes the Asus 7% faster out the box than the EVGA SC, 6C cooler and almost 1/4 as loud under load (every 3 dBA is a doubling of sound level). The FTW is slightly faster than the SC, leaving the Asus model w/ just a 5% performance advantage

What is my point the card you get will not be the card used in reviews my buddy has Asus 670 Top it overclocks better then my MSI 670 PE lol!All reviews claim different results so you cannot compare them just luck of the draw

Well, my point was that you wouldn't need to overclock. As the performance is already as good or better than a overclocked 670.

In best cases, the overclocked 670 gets about 2-4 FPS more than the stock 680. They are pretty much the same in gaming.
The 680 does have more Cuda cores, so if you're doing video editing etc, it will benefit from that.
