Best in what, performance/looks/low noise/warranty?

The performance difference between the cheapest and most expensive 960 is negligible. The looks part is entirely up to you, for low noise operation, MSI is probably leading the pack, and in terms of warranty support, that would probably be EVGA followed by MSI and Gigabyte (assuming you're in North America).
