Best GTX 970 for performance and low noise?

I want to choose a 970 with good performance, low noise, and not too expensive (preferably <$340) but not the reference ones. Which one should I choose?

Awesome card, buy a "Like new" one. These are simply returned becuase 1 they didn't fit or the buyer had buyers remorse and maybe felt he needed to spend money elsewhere. Either way such a bargain to save money just cause it was opened.

I swear by Gigabyte products, especially their motherboard and graphics cards. As someone know personally owns this card, it's silent! ...even at full load I cannot hear anything.
