best gtx 980 for my rig

in my country all gtx 980 cost me almost same
asus strix
msi 4g
gigabyte windforce
reference gtx 980
zotac amp omega
zotac amp extreme edition
pls no zotac i dont trust their quality

Depends on what you're meaning of best is, to me the best card would be the most silent card, which would be the MSI Gaming 4G, with the Asus Strix being a close second.

The Gigabyte will perform the fastest, but this is only a 1-3% increase in frame rate.

The reference model is the smallest and is best suited for smaller cases because of the way it vents the air out the back.

You also might want to upgrade your power supply, the Corsair RM series is okay quality, not the best not the worst. But I wouldn't have it in a gaming rig.
