Best GTX1070 on Market

I know that the "best" card on the market is rather subjective. Everyone has their own preferences and things they look at when buying a card, but I am wondering what is the best card for a hardcore gamer who isn't looking for overclocking. Recently my gpu has been acting up so I am looking to get rid of this flawed 970 for a 1070.

If anyone has any suggestions on which is the best and your reasoning behind it PLEASE post a response. I've tried looking up reviews and other posts but they dive too much into the tech which I am not fluent in. Thanks everyone!

Any card will do really, they all perform similarly. The water cooled 1070 will obviously be performing slightly better overall as they will most likely be staying at their max boost clock most of the time.

If you get a small enclosed case with limited airflow, then you want a blower style card. The best blower style is the founder editions.
Otherwise the cheapest non-reference would be fine. You may want to take warranty into consideration. Typically EVGA has been the best in this area for graphic card.

Case size and airflow isn't an issue. Im sporting an nzxt 820 phantom. Ill probably check out EVGAs purely for the warranty then.

Well do you need it to be cool and quiet if so the asus strix, zotac amp extreme or the evga ftw cards are all really good. Best cooler, lowest temps, most quiet under load. Unfortunately its rather expensive.
