Best H-series motherboard for BCLK overclocking?

Anyone have experience of BCLK overclocking on H87 or H97 series boards in order to push non-K i5 CPUs a bit faster? Firstly is it worth it? Secondly which boards are generally regarded as being best for BCLK overclocking?

Hi there
Generally you don't overclock BCLK at all as it would cause system instability.
The little extra MHz you would gain on clock speed is not going to be noticeable with an i5, so rather don't bother.
