Best Hard Drive for a Dell Optiplex 620?

I have a Dell Optiplex 620 mini tower with an 80GB WD hard drive (I think it's an ATA or SATA HD) what is the best Hard Drive for an Optiplex 620? I need more storage space.

I wanted to add this as a 2nd HD on my PC:

WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX (on Amazon)

Can I add this HD, would it work or not?

That motherboard has four SATA 3.0 Gb/s connectors so you probably have two available ports. An SATA 6 Gb/s hard drive is compatible. It will automatically adjust its speed to 3 Gb/s.
