Did you look at the above links ? Cause that's not gonna happen at $20 as evidenced by the 2nd link above. Gonna have to increase your budget by at least 50% .. and that will likely be something "green" and either slow rpm or low performance. Even the Blue has pretty poor performance values... about 40% of the better drives

- Seagate 0,86% (contre 0,95%)
- Toshiba 1,02% (contre 1,54%)
- Hitachi 1,08% (contre 1,16%)
- Western 1,13% (contre 1,19%)

Rather than the overall rates by company, what really matters is avoiding the specific model numbers which have really high numbers. I'd look to avoid anything over 1.5%
