Best Haswell CPU for a GTX 1060 6GB?

I am planning to upgrade my CPU right now. I currently have an i5 4460 and I think it's bottlenecking my GPU in games like PUBG and Planetside 2 since they're mostly CPU intensive. Just want to know which Haswell CPU is the best for my GPU that would bring balance? I also have no plans upgrading to newer generation because upgrading other parts wont be worth the price and I just noticed that there are no huge differences in performace in these newer cpus.

i5 4460
8 GB DDR3
GTX 1060 6GB
Windows 10

What I Do:
Gaming (AAA Titles)
Video Editing (Animation, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Photoshop
Streaming (In the Future, I guess?)

Which CPU would give me the best performance per dollar?

It would seem a shame to invest $400 in the inflated 4790 given when for the same money you could have an 8600K and shiny new Z370... (but, both will be capped by GTX1060 performance at even 1080P, most likely)

But,...12 months later a new GTX1170 will rock in it!

I've opted for the I5 8400 for my GTX 1060 MSI Gaming 6 gb which now works as an anvil and I just have praise for that processor! Of course you also need the motherboard ddr4 but it is worthwhile to take this step to bring the graphics to the best it can! The motherboard Asus B360Pro4 is not too expensive but it's great! it's great!
