Best HDD, SSHD For ps4 pro

idk what to look for when switching my hhd in my pro I have a 2tb hdd but when I put it in my ps4 pro it sound like its a moter so I put the stock hhd back in.

I want to know what would the best option be for it to run smoothly but also have 2 tb with either an SSHD or HDD

What drive did you try?

I haven't personally modded my ps4 but I've heard good things about people using a Seagate Barracuda 2TB. HGST Travelstar I believe is also thrown around as good choice.

A SSHD should be quieter since the underlying disk is a slower spinning one(5400rpm vs 7200rpm). I think the Seagate 1TB SSHD is probably the top recommended drive upgrade for a ps4.

i believe it is a seagate samsung spinpoint m9t 2t but when thats inside the fans are really loud and when i put the 1tb hdd that was originaly inside it make close to no noise.
