Best Headphones under 150$ CAD

So, I am looking for good headphones for listening to music and gaming.
-Listen to a lot of rap, RNB and Hip hop, so the bass should be apparent
-Must be closed back,

If I do not get very good suggestions, I will probably just get the Hyper X Cloud 2's

First, I have heard that the 2's have more base.
And what is the difference between the 1's and the core?

The Core and Pro are the same headsets.

Core is just the regular without extra converters and wires, just the headphone/mic split cable.

Specs prove that the HyperX Cloud Pro/Core is the exact same headset as the HyperX Cloud, the only addition is the virtual surround sound card in the adapter. Imo, not worth it. Not many people liked it, some said they do but imo waste of money.

So there are no headphones better than the cloud 2's for 120 or so bucks, even without the mic.

Honestly I don't want to recommend the Sennheiser HD 518 over these, they're much better price/performance and It's not even certain that the HD 518 sounds better.
