Best high performance low noise fan

Im in need of 5 fans for my custom watercooling loop, im currently looking at the corsair AF120 quiet series (i quite like the leds on them). Any thoughts?

Are they for Radiator? if so, then you will want Static Pressure fans (for example Corsair SP120).

I just bought EK-Waterblocks Vardar F4-120 2200rpm static pressure fans myself and I'm totally ASTOUNDED. Never have I seen fans so quiet yet powerful, on around 2000rpm.
Running them at around 1100rpm (~50%) and I barely hear anything.

Look at Noctua or Phanteks for fans like that then. High performance and quiet is the way to go.

If so, take the NF-F12 IndustrialPPC, they are much better than the regular NF-F12.

The NF-F12's are louder by a ways, just FYI.
