Best HTPC motherboard

Which micro-ATX is best?
I will use SP/DIF out to DAC to analogue HIFI-stereo
and play DVD/Bluray via HTPC to TV
Should I prefer MoBo with SP/DIF out
or add a soundcard?
I think there are MoBo's with ok integrated Intel Graphics 4400/4600
and DTS
