Hello all,

Recently I have been piecing together an HTPC build using a Ryzen 3 2200G, 2x4gb ddr4-3200, etc. I will be using it for watching movies and stuff like that, but hopefully some light gaming since the 2200G has decent integrated graphics. I've seen that Kodi is a well regarded free software, but I can't find any guides or evidence that it supports an add on for steam or other game launchers. I don't want to use SteamOS because I want to play non-steam games without streaming them from my main PC. Thanks for any suggestions in advance!

Ok, in that case I'll repeat what I said about adding non steam games to steam and then using steam Big Picture. You don't need to stream the games from your main PC to do this. Adding a non steam game to steam is equivalent to adding a shortcut. It still launches the game on local machine.

I've seen this and it seemed like the perfect solution but you have to stream those games from your pc, and I would like to have these games native for when I take it places

The latter. shoulda clarified
