Best i5 6600k CPU cooler

So im getting a i5 6600k cpu and im gonna overclock it to 4.4-4.6Ghz and i want the best air cooler for the budget if there is one but not liquid cooler.

Noctua NH-D15. Great cooling and runs quiet. It is on par with liquid coolers but quieter than them. Also, NH-U12S is good. If you don't care for the colors, check out Cryorig H5 Ultimate.

Hmm...thats sounds good but i heard that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO will do the same is that true?

Cryorig H7 is newer and slightly better in cooling and noise than the 5 year old 212 EVO. The other CPU coolers I listed will give you better performance and help to hit the 4.5GHz mark better. How much you willing to spend on the CPU cooler?

H5 cools a little better and probably quieter since fan only hits 1300rpm, compared to H7 that tops at 1600rpm. This is the only review I've seen that compares the two head on head.
