Question best in-stock 2060 Super's

looking to upgrade a dead card to a 2060 super while i wait for the 30 series cards but I'm having a hard time finding any in stock. Looking for an alternative to the gigabyte 2060 super auorus because its out of stock everywhere, ive been out of the game for awhile so i don't know who's currently making the best cards and who to stay away from.

So what the price for that card? Why not get RTX 2070 or RX 5700XT.
