Best intel build for $800

Hello I need help with an Intel build for $800 I have a parts list here, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/avenetador/saved/6Wzkcf That contains certain components that I preferably would like in the system, the build must have a Intel i5 or higher, I am going to be running some math and engineering, programs and some games like BF 3, It must include a 17-19 inch lcd 1080p monitor, Any and every suggestions are welcome and if there is a better parts list then what I have please let me know, I am building this for a college PC and need it to have long lasting parts, and be reliable. I would say go without that CPU cooler unless you want to overclock, and if so just buy it then. Here is about as close as I could get. And I'm still $100 over budget. Also I highly recommend getting at least an 80GB SSD. Its pretty much pointless to even get one that small.
