First Build:
⦁ Intel I7 7700k 4.2Ghz
⦁ Asus Prime Z270-PLUS/BR
⦁ WaterCooler DeepCool Maelstrom 240T or CoolerMaster Hyper 212X (Still thinking about it)
⦁ Patriot Viper 4 serie DDR4 8GB 2400Mhz
⦁ Corsair CX550 CP-P020121 550W
⦁ HD Toshiba P300 1TB HDWD110XZSTA 7200RPM SATA 6 GB/S 64MB Cache 3.5
⦁ GTX 1070

In this build i just have the money for Maelstrom 240T and 212X as a cooler option, but i know that 7700k is knows for it's high temperatures, so should i take 6700k or 7700 or these two cooler are okay? (I'm not even planning to OC, just the stock speed).

Second Build:

⦁ Intel Core i5 8400 2.8Ghz
⦁ MB ASUS TUF Z370-PLUS GAMING
⦁ Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 8gb 2400MHZ
⦁ Corsair CX550 CP-P020121 550W
⦁ WaterCooler DeepCool Maelstrom 240T or CoolerMaster Hyper 212X (Still thinking about it)
⦁ HD Toshiba P300 1TB HDWD110XZSTA 7200RPM SATA 6 GB/S 64MB Cache 3.5
⦁ GTX 1070

Wich build is the best? Is there any advantage on taking i5 7600k with GTX 1080?
I'll appreciate any suggestion.

...I can't take any WaterCooler diferent from that because on my country, WaterCoolers are really expensive, this is the most cheap and good i could found.

Solution
Age, TDP and cores are the only things that the 8400 has over the 7700K.
For me Im leaning towards the 7700K build with a 1080.
Hell the 7700k Is better than my trusty 4790K.......
7700K is Unlocked, meaning overclocking potential.
That PSU is pretty poop. look at 80+ gold min imo.
If you can afford the 1080 instead of the 1070, thats a no brainer for both builds imo.
Consider adding an OS only SSD. Make a HUGE difference in boot times and general OS shiznits.

I can only take gtx 1080 on i5 7600k build.
