I wanna upgrade my Intel i3-4160 since its not gonna be good for future game or even current games.
I bought my motherboard H81M-E which only supports LGA1150 sadly, and i lost my receipt, so im stuck with this one.
Here i found a site that tells all compatible CPU with this board. https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H81ME/HelpDesk_CPU/
Out of all of them which will be better upgrade?

You might want to stick with the i7-4790 (non-K) since the Hyper T2 is still a very budget cooler with only 2 heat pipes. You could even go with the i7-4790S as it will run cooler because is a lower power design but with the same boost speed as the 4790 non-K. The 4790K has the highest speed and will run the hottest and I'm not sure the Hyper T2 will keep it cool enough.

Not sure how good the T2 is for an i7 4790k, but I own an i7 4790 non K and have it paired with a gtx 1070 and they work very well, so it wont have any issues with a gtx 1060.

Though I suspect the T2 to be enough for an i7 4790k, you can always try it out. If you dont want to risk it, im 100% sure it will work fine with an i7 4790 non K, even the stock cooler did the job for me and the T2 is better than the stock cooler. :)

Personally I would go with the i7 4790 non K so you know you wont have issues with the cooler etc. :)
