Best intel/Nvidia build for $820 or lower

Can someone recommend parts for $820 BEFORE rebates or less? My res is 1600x1200 and I want to be able To max out and get at least 60 fps. Should be a challenge, eBay and new egg is preferred. I play fsx,gta iv, portal 2, mw2, crysis 2, and soon bf3 and mw3.
