Best internet securty?

I have a range of different devices with windows 10 installed, do I need to have an internet security installed or can I just the built in security in windows 10?
I never go on websites I don't trust and i am always carful what websites I click on.

Bitdefender beats windows defender in its sleep. It has a high detection rate so you even if you careful its a nice backup to have, I also use Ublock Origin on all my browsers, the two combined mean I can't even load dangerous sites if i wanted to
